Stratton VA Medical Center 113 Holland Ave, Albany, NY 12208 until the Contracting Officer and CORs start the walk through. All questions regarding the site visit must be written down and turned into the Contracting Officer or emailed to the Contracting Officer at Mariangie.Rivera@va.gov.
