The period of performance for contract award will be from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026, with a provision of four (4) option years. This requirement is to provide a CareFusion Pyxis Medication Dispenser service plan for dispensers and components and a Carefusion Pyxis Tissue & Implant Management System (TIMS) service plan for dispensers and components for Albany, Bath, Buffalo, Batavia, Canandaigua, Rochester and Syracuse, NY Harbor VA Medical Centers in New York and Hudson Valley in New Jersey. All work shall be performed by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) due to patents and copyright associated with the CareFusion Pyxis product line. CareFusion Solutions, LLC is the only known provider since the equipment is proprietary and maintenance therefore only be provided by CareFusion Solutions, LLC.
