## Description

The following amendment is issued to provide submission instructions to interested parties. Price Proposals are due no later than 2:00 PM Monday, August 11, 2025.

Offerors shall submit their packages electronically only via email to the Contracting Officer, Ms. Mitchelle Labady at mitchelle.labady@va.gov.

No hand-delivered proposals will be accepted at any address listed on the solicitation documents.

It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit a timely and complete package as outlined on page 8 of the original solicitation and the previous amendment to be determined responsive, responsible, and considered for award.

Please note this requirement is not a sealed bid in accordance with FAR subpart 14. In accordance with FAR subpart 13, an offer inclusive of pricing and required supporting documentation as outlined in the solicitation.
