The James J. Peters VA Medical Center is looking to purchase a fleet replacement for the GE Healthcare Central Stations at various inpatient wards. monitoring equipment, which will also need to be capable of interfacing with the existing patient monitoring equipment throughout the hospital and the existing VA system, in terms of network and integration with the VA s Electronic Health Record system, VistA. The central stations are employed to consolidate all inpatient vital signs onto a centralized monitor located at the nurse s central station.
