UNIT SPECIFICATIONS: The condensing unit shall meet the following specifications: Cooling Capacity: 117,000 BTUH Cooling Efficiency: 11.2 EER Maximum Fuse / Breaker Size: 60 Amps MCA: 40.6 Amps Nominal Tons: 10 Number of Circuits: 1 Refrigerant: R410A Sound Rating: 83 Decibels Voltage:208-240 / 3 phase An example of a condensing unit that meets these specifications is Arcoaire CAS121HAA0A00A. The air handling unit shall meet the following specifications: 2 Stage. Direct-Expansion Coil Face Area: 10.01 Sq/Ft. Fans Airflow Range: 3,000-5,000 CFM. Fans Nominal Airflow: 4,000 CFM.
