GRAND AVE EL SEGUNDO, CA 90245 for the Blue Light Tower, AIDA Bella W/SmartScreen and accessories. This is a follow-on requirement to purchase Blue Light Tower and Accessories and maintain uniformity between the brand and extensive installation instructions and guidelines. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. It has been determined that through initial Market Research, only 1 (one) responsible source can provide the required equipment. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price single award Delivery Order against KARL STORZ ENDOSCOPY-AMERICA, INC., 36F79723D0185. The statutory authority for this non-competitive acquisition is implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested and capable sources who submit capabilities in support of this requirement are responsible for appropriately marking information if it s proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided.
