## Description

**NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:** -Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract IAW FAR 6.302-1, to AvaSure LLC for AvaNET Support Agreement Renewal for the Northport VAMC for one base year with the provision of four (4) option years, (07/24/2025 to 07/23/2030). The NAICS code is 541512 Computer System Design Services.

Product Description Product Code AvaNET Support Agreement Renewal AVA-E-SUPP1 -Northport VAMC needs a AvaSure AvaNET support agreement contract. This contract will cover support for 1 server license, 2 client licenses, 16 Guardian mobile devices, and 3 wireless FIPs mobile devices.

Avasure TeleSitter products and services are only available directly from Avasure or its exclusive federal reseller, Sierra 7, Inc. No other source would be able to provide support for the Avasure system per the sole source letter provided by Avasure. -AvaSure Telesitter Solution- THIS NOTICE IS NOT A RQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, HOWEVER, Any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification prior to the response due date and time.

If no responses are received, the government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by June 10, 2025 @3:00pm EDT. Responses shall be submitted via email to Lorraine.Hussain@va.gov. Telephone request or inquiries will not be accepted.
