This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY.Â Â It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate theÂ Government to award a contract.Â Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response.Â Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing.Â The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses interested and capable of providing the requested commodities. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx, NY.

The UPS systems will ensure the continuous operation of critical laboratory equipment during power outages, preventing damage and data loss. The James J. Peters Bronx VA Medical Center laboratory relies on sensitive electronic equipment to perform critical medical tests and research. Power fluctuations and outages can result in significant disruptions, potential damage to equipment, and loss of valuable test results.

To mitigate these risks, high-quality UPS systems will be installed to provide backup power and voltage regulation. The scope of this project includes the procurement, delivery, and installation of UPS systems for the laboratory. The contractor will supply the necessary UPS units as detailed in the provided quote. The installation will ensure all laboratory equipment is properly connected and protected. The contractor must provide and install the following:
