**NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:** -Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract IAW FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B), to FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation for premium service agreement for the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System for one base year with the provision of four (4) option years, (08/01/2025 to 07/31/2030). The NAICS code is 811210 Electroni and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance.

Product Description Product Code Serial#/Asset Tag-206F8336/U7ARO453-EE#-54441 Arietta70-IOUS SMA -VAMC Operating room (OR) suite needs a Comprehensive maintenance service agreement for the Arietta 70 Ultrasound Machine to provide unlimited onsite repair and maintenance services in addition to supplying unlimited probe exchanges as needed for this device.

This service contract also needs to provide a loaner Arietta 70 system in the event the listed system is unable to be repaired onsite. -FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation, is the sole authorized provider for all its manufactured ultrasound products and technology. HCUS is the only entity to represent, warranty and assign license rights for all FUJIFILM ultrasound equipment.

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A RQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, HOWEVER, Any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. If no responses are received, the government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by May 26,2025 @3:00pm EDT. Responses shall be submitted via email to Lorraine.Hussain@va.gov.
