This sole source determination is in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures and in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. LAP of America Laser Applications, Inc. is the only known authorized supplier and servicing agent for LAP Lasers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Interested vendors that can meet this requirement, should identify their interest and capability, and respond to this notice by 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time on April 8, 2025. Interested vendors must send a capability statement, no more than one page in length; to include Company Name, UEI Number, Socioeconomic Category, brief description of your business entities capability to provide these items.
