## Description

Amendment 0002 - This amendment answers vendor submitted questions and extends the quote due date and time to 05/14/2025 at 4:00pm EST. VENDORS MUST SIGN AND REUTRN ALL AMENDEMENTS.

Amendment 0001 - This amendment corrects an administarative error. IDIQ minimum price and celining price have been added to the top of page 12. VENDORS MUST SIGN AND REUTRN ALL AMENDEMENTS. This open market unrestricted solicitation is for reusable sharps container removal and disposal services and controlled substance removal services at the Buffalo, Batavia and Stratton (Albany) VA Medical Centers. Quotes are due 05/08/2025 at 4:00pm EST and shall be emailed to daniel.zielinski@va.gov. Ordering period is from 06/01/2025 to 05/31/2030. For additional details see the attached statement of work.
