## Description

This amendment 0006 is issued to further update the Statement of Work and the Pricing Schedule. Please refer to the attached updated SOW and Pricing Schedule. Additionally, a previous amendment indicated that test results were available for the Lyons Facility. This was indicated in error and these results are not available. All available schematics have been provided via amendment 0004. The offer due date is extended to 3:00pm EST on Thursday April 17, 2025. To be considered for award, submit your offer and acknowledgement of solicitation amendments to michael.estep2@va.gov no later than 3:00pm EST on Thursday April, 17 2025.
