**NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:** - Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to Omnicell, Inc for maintenance, repairs, parts, software updates and technical support on government owned Omnicell equipment at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center Campus for one base year (03/15/2025 to 03/14/2026) with the provision of two (2) option years.
