## Description

*Amendment 3* This amendment extends the due date and time for vendor quotes to 02/14/2025 at 4:00pm EST. The estimated period of performance for this requirement has been changed to 03/01/2025 to 05/31/2025. *Amendment 2* This amendment extends the estimated period of performance for this requirement to 02/01/2025 to 05/31/2025 to allow for lead time if materials need to be ordered. *Amendment 1* This amendment extends the response due date to 01/21/2025 at 4:00pm EST and adds photos of the cooling towers being serviced.

This requirement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. This firm fixed price requirement is for Cooling Tower Fill Replacement and Resealing Joints at the Rome VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at 125 Brookley Road, Rome, NY 13441, from 02/01/2025 to 04/15/2025.
