## Description

Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2, is issuing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source in order to identify any potential sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide a comprehensive vehicle for the preventative maintenance/repair of spectrometer units. SERVICES REQUIRED The VA Hudson Valley HCS Hospital in Wappingers Falls, New York requires a welder with a R-stamp to re-roll and seal weld the tubes in the rear of Boiler # 1 at the Castle Point Boiler plant.

This boiler was also inspected a second time by in October 2024 and the vendor determined that the rear tubes on the second pass needed to be re-rolled and seal welded. The vendor shall provide a R-stamp welder to re-roll and seal weld all the rear tubes along the second pass. Once the repair is completed the vendor shall test the tubes to confirm that the The tubes are not leaking.
