Provide and install new The Door Switch door monitoring sensors on the new NYS-OMH compliant anti-ligature doors. CLIN 0002 Demolish the existing sinks denoted in the contract plans. Construct new custom anti-ligature sinks in the locations denoted in the contract plans. Install plumbing fixtures and new mixing valves at each sink location per plans. Period of Performance will be 220 calendar days from Notice to Proceed date. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 236220. THIS IS 100% set aside for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) PROCUREMENT.
