Staff use the information provided by this database for research purposes to provide service to veterans. VA New Jersey was a subscriber previously to ProQuest Health & Medical Collection. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes.
