This Full-Service contract is to include all necessary labor, full service, maintenance, tools, equipment, transportation and parts (excluding non-VENDOR parts) required to perform repair and Preventive Maintenance (PM) on listed equipment. All equipment shall be maintained in proper operating condition as specified by the manufacturer. Vendor must have manufacturer certification to service and maintain the devices and have access to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) parts, manuals and schematics to perform the service. This proposed contract action is for a service in which the Government intends to award a One (1) Year base firm fixed-price contract, plus (4) option years at the option of the Government. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210 with a size standard of $30 million. No solicitation package will be issued.
