V797D-40235. Market research has concluded Sysmex is the only manufacturer to meet the compatibility standardization requirements of NCO2. Albany, Syracuse, Buffalo, and Bath/Canandaigua currently own Sysmex America instruments and they are validated and already in house. The Veterans Health Administration prohibits the use of gray market items in their Medical Centers. Gray market items are considered to be items outside of the original equipment manufacturer s intended distribution channels.
