Background /Objective This requirement for medical courier services is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) IDIQ. The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables as described in the Statement of Work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. The Contractor is to provide full-service of courier services on a scheduled or on an on-call basis from NJ Health Care Systems East Orange VA Medical Center and Lyons VA Medical Centers to Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) and surrounding VA and non-VA medical facilities when requested.
