Are both window surfaces to be cleaned? No, only the exterior surface of the window shall be cleaned. 2. How many windows have screens? Storm Windows? None of the windows being cleaned have screens. 3. What is the maximum building height? The maximum height needed to complete this service is 40 in height or four (4) floors. 4. How many skylights require cleaning? What is their height above a stable work surface? There are no skylights that require cleaning. 5. Are structural anchors available to allow high-rise window cleaning? No, they are not needed. The highest windows being cleaned are on the fourth floor. 6. Who is the incumbent? Industry Standard USA, LLC. 7. What is the annual value of the current contract? The original annual value of the current contract was $4,790.25 with a 3% yearly increase. The scope of work (SOW) has been revised to reflect approximately 860 windows throughout floors one (1) through four (4), instead of 1,300. 13.
