This Sources Sought is for the Syracuse VA Medical Center 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210 who has a requirement for an Elevator Service Maintenance agreement. The service agreement shall be Pest Control Services for the medical center. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, supplies, materials, equipment, and transportation to develop and implement an integrated pest management (IPM) plan for the exterior and interior of the Syracuse VA Medical Center 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 133210 and the Rome, NY Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) 125 Brookley Road, Rome, NY 13441. All work is to be performed by qualified/certified applicators in accordance with all federal, state, and local requirements and regulations. All services shall be required to be done in a manner that ensures the health and general well-being of patients, staff, and visitors.
