## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO BK MEDICAL HOLDING COMPANY, INC. to supply one (1) brand name only Biplane Endocavity Transducer to the Brooklyn VA Medical Center Radiation Oncology Team to conduct ultrasound procedures for prostate cancer patients. There is only 1 transducer functioning properly at the facility (with no backup). A new Biplane Endocavity Transducer is required to ensure staff can continue to provide safe/efficient care to veterans without unacceptable delays. The estimated delivery is 30 days after award.
