Respondents will not be compensated, and all information becomes property of the Government upon submission. **PROJECT DESCRIPTION:** Stratton VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Albany, NY, 12208 is seeking a competent contractor to provide all construction services for a New Emergency Department that will be approximately a 14,000 gross square foot addition to the main hospital. The prospective contractor will be required to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, furnish labor and materials and perform work as required by drawings and specifications. **ADMINISTRATIVE:** The proposed project will be a competitive, firm-fixed-price contract. Stratton VAMC will be posting a solicitation on or about July 15th, 2024. In accordance with Veteran Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 836.204, the magnitude of construction is between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 236220 with a size standard of $39.5 million. The duration of the project is currently estimated at 550 calendar days from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Please note: The analysis of the results produced from this market research effort will help finalize the procurement method and socio-economic set-aside. **CAPABILITY STATEMENT:** Interested contractors shall provide a capabilities statement with the following information: **Section 1:** Provide company name, Unique Entity ID (EIU) number, company address, Point-of-Contact name, phone number and email. **Section 2:** Provide company business size based on NAICS code 236220.
