Page 1 of 1 The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106-1(b) to obtain capital asset and facilities management system services. Period of performance: 6/15/2024 through 6/14/2025 with four one-year option periods. Basic description of the requirement: The James J. Peters VA Medical Center (JJP VAMC) (130 W. Kingsbridge Rd., Bronx, NY 10468) has a requirement for a web-based Capital Assets and Facilities Management (CAFM) system.

The system shall support the generation of accurate reports on resource usage, rapid response to maintenance problems, re-configuration requirements, space planning, energy planning, and security planning. It shall be a multiuser, multi-tasking system supporting multiple simultaneous users across several buildings and sites.

The management system shall operate on a cloud-based server with a regularly updated set of drawings and an extensive database providing space management, plumbing drawing management, and fire door inspection management.

The Contractor shall provide all supervision, coordination, staffing, software, licenses, website access, training, backup, 24/7 support and other related services as necessary to provide, maintain and update drawings and data to ensure they are readily accessible to VA staff through the Contractor s website. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541513 Computer Facilities Management Services (Size Standard $37.0 Million).

Capability information is required by May 14, 2023, at 3:00PM ET.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
