## Description

**NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:** - Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to Epredia for ongoing maintenance of the Epredia Gemini Stainer, Slide Basket Transfer System (SBTS), and Clearvue Coverslipper at the Syracuse Medical Center 800 Irving Ave, Syracuse NY 13210 for one base year May 24, 2024 to September 30th 2024 with the provision of four (4) option years.

The NAICS code is 811210. -Service agreement shall satisfy the standards of the Original Equipment Manufacturer.

To ensure the Epredia Gemini Stainer, Slide Basket Transfer System (SBTS), and Clearvue Coverslipper at VA Medical Center remains fully warrantied. - Epredia is the only known, authorized provider in New York for service agreements on Secure Care System. - THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. If no responses are received, the government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by May 5, 2024 at 14:00 ET. Responses shall be submitted via email to cara.grittner@va.gov. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted.
