Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice which was originally posted as 36C24224Q0479.

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), VISN 2, VA Stratton VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Ave, Albany, NY 12208, is intending to solicit this contract for BEI Boiler Deficiency Repairs utilizing a small-business set-aside commercial ordering procedures.  The proposed contract action is for a firm fixed price task order using NAICS 238220 (Plumbing, heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors). The solicitation is anticipated to be issued in September 2024, with an anticipated award by August 20 of 2024.
