**Jonatan.Rondon@VA.GOV DESCRIPTION:** NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO ProAim Americas, LLC., 16024 Manchester Road, Ste. 200, St. Louis, MO 63011, for its Carl Zeiss Clarus 500 Fundus Camera, for the Hudson Valley VA Medical Center. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1)(ii), Soliciting from a Single Source.

The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing., with a Size Standard of 1,250 employees. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Proposals or Quotations. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted.
