Intended use: The scope of this work is the delivery of a refurbished Draeger Fabius GS Premium anesthesia machine. The equipment will be in University at Buffalo CTRC room 7036 at 875 Ellicott St, per the PI s partial off-site waiver. Other pertinent information that describes the item, material or service required: Refurbished Draeger Fabius GS Premium anesthesia machine.

System Description Anesthesia Machine with ventilation versatility, compact and convenient breathing system, electronic gas-flow measurement, and ergonomic design. Specifications The vendor shall supply instrumentation that meets or exceeds the following specifications:

**Ventilation:** Electronically driven and controlled ventilator with pressure support and manual/spontaneous modes Gas-flow measurement: Vertical flow controls and electronic fresh gas flow indicators. Fresh gas data is exported to information system and promotes the use of low-flow anesthesia. Breathing system: Flexible, ergonomic design allows for optimal positioning of semi-closed breathing system and ability to adjust height and use from left or right. Ease of cleaning.

**Cables:** Multimedia parameter module reduces cable clutter. Pick and Go capabilities aid transport with automatic reconfiguration.

**Mounting Platform:** Choice of fixed-mount monitoring or Pick and Go for flexibility and efficiency Physical size: Base unit: 224 lb., dimensions 35.2x51.2x32.3 Power Supply: 100-240 VCA, 50/60 Hz, 2.3 A max Battery >45 minutes Breathing Frequency: 4-60 bpm Max Minute Volume:
