## Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for quotes. Scope of Work This device is needed to measure radiation plans for the brain. We will be treating very small areas of the brain and need a special device to measure their accuracy on the radiation machine. Training will be needed after delivery to ensure accurate usage Specific Deliverables state what the deliverables are on the contract. This should include quantity, and salient characteristics if multiple items required.

MultiMet WL Cube Phantom for efficient and precise measurement of multiple target off axis accuracy to measure off axis and rotational gantry collimator and couch errors. Customer Training- Training voucher for one day on site product training. Includes one full day of in depth training.
