## Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for quotes. The Finger Lakes Healthcare System requires the procurement of seven (7) Censis Handheld PDAs, as approved as a part of a National replenish of the handhelds, for the Rochester Outpatient Clinic. Zebra handheld devices are the only PDAs compatible with existing Censis technology on campus. The Zebra PDAs are sold exclusively through Censis as the sole provider for the Censis software. No other vendor can provide PDAs that are compatible with the existing on-site Censis technology.
