The Vendor will fabricate one 5Wr-24x105.25-08D-10AL Chilled water coil for AHU1 Top for Bldg53. The Vendor will Fabricate one 5WR-30x105.25-08D-10AL Chilled Water Coil AHU1 Bottom for Bldg. 53. The Vendor will Fabricate one 4WR-42.5x128.75-08D-14AL Chilled Water Coil AHU1 Bottom for Bldg143.

The Vendor will Fabricate one 5WR-24x102-08D-11AL chilled water Coil Ahu1 Top Coil Bldg4. The Vendor will Fabricate 5WR-18x102-08D-11AL Chilled Water Coil AHU1 Bottom Coil. This is an emergency as there is no cooling in patient areas in 5 locations, The Cooling Coils aboard the Lyons VA Campus are Manufactured from Mainstream. They are the company that builds and delivers this equipment in a 3-week period and who have the means to Build new cooling coils.

This notice of intent to sole source with justification for brand name only satisfies the public posting requirements of FAR 13.501. The Veterans Health Administration prohibits the use of gray market items in their Medical Centers. Gray market items are considered to be items outside of the original equipment manufacturer s intended distribution channels.
