Stratton VA Medical Center was constructed in the late 1940 s based upon plans by Green & James, Architects & Engineers, Buffalo, New York and Eggers & Higgins Architects & Engineers, New York, New York dated December 10, 1947. The primary 2A project area was last renovated in the early 2010s, for the previous construction of a Radiology wing. The departments surrounding the project area (adjacent and on neighboring floor) will remain operational throughout construction. Coordinate with the VA COR, to schedule all work during the least disruptive timeframes to hospital operations. Roadway closures will not be permitted at any time or for any reason except with the written approval of the VA COR.
