The Magnitude of Construction for this project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Scope of Work: The scope of work shall generally consist of, but not limited to the following: Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials and perform all work associated with the Electrical Switchgear Replacement Phase 1 Statement of work. This project is to upgrade the two (2) groups of electrical power circuit breakers (substations MSS1 and MSS2) to new equipment, while maintaining the existing equipment structure; and providing for minimal outages during the transition to the new circuit breakers. The expectation is that the direct replacement circuit breakers will be designed to be inserted into the existing electrical structures, therefore minimizing the outage time to the time required to replace a circuit breaker. Please see the attached Statement of Work. Project Completion: 180 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).
