## Description

Amendment 0004 to IFB 36C24223B0035 1 - Amendment it to provide Addendum 2 from AE as follows:

Reference key note #1 on drawing 136-MH-101: Revise Construction Key Note #1 to read: Provide new Refrigerant gas leak detection system to replace existing. New system shall be Genesis International`, Inc. Sherlock 802 with Optional Strobe Refrigerant gas leak an Monitoring and alarming system (SHER802-S). Provide Two Sensors per Chiller for 3 chillers. For a total of 6. Plus, Provide one additional Oxygen Depletion Sensor. Install per manufactures recommendations below new and existing chillers.

Connect to existing BAS system. Remove existing system. Equipment shall be or as approved equal. See attached data sheet for further information. 2 - Additional correction regarding amendment posted 08/17/2023, the correct pump schedule is as follows:
