## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO 1), has awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under Contract Number 36C24126A0053 to ST Engineering Aethon, Inc. for the procurement and deployment of Zena RX Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and associated services in support of all VISN 1 facilities. This requirement was competitively solicited, and award was made as a firm-fixed-price purchase in accordance with FAR Part 12 for commercial products and services.

The BPA establishes standardized pricing and ordering procedures for AMR units, deployment services, and legacy TUG recovery and disposal, enabling VISN 1 medical centers to acquire AMR capabilities efficiently through individual task orders issued during the BPA period of performance.
