This contract will support continued development of Patient Reported Outcome (PRO) measurements and an item bank focused on headache symptoms and impacts important to Veterans. Scope includes: Conducting qualitative studies and interviews with Veterans; Preparing de-identified data and reports; Developing and refining headache measurement models, item banks, and PRO instruments; Leading cognitive debriefing studies and item validation processes; Designing study protocols and recruitment plans; Providing ongoing support for measurement design, psychometric analysis, and project management; Participating in meetings, project tracking, and preparing high-quality deliverables (tables, figures, manuscripts). Deliverables include: Refinement of conceptual and measurement models based on Veteran input; Execution of qualitative cognitive debriefing and wave-based item testing; Ongoing item bank revision and refinement; Development of study protocols and materials for quantitative validation; Advice and consultation on methodology and analysis.
