Justification for Sole Source: Philips is the original manufacturer and developer of the DigitalDiagnost C90 system and is the only vendor with the proprietary knowledge, parts, and technical capability to perform these repairs at the required level of quality and reliability. Due to the specialized and proprietary nature of this equipment, Philips has been determined to be the sole source vendor for this requirement.
