Routine software updates and corrective maintenance are essential to ensure continued functionality and compliance. The Biomerieux systems are currently deployed across multiple VISN-1 medical facilities. As the original manufacturer and developer of the equipment and software, Biomerieux is the only vendor capable of delivering the required services at the necessary level of quality. The nature of support is highly specialized and proprietary, making Biomerieux the sole source for this requirement.
