The PM will be performed by Tecniplast service engineers. Tecniplast service engineers are trained and certified to perform PM on the Tecniplast equipment.. Tecniplast is the only manufacturer authorized to provide upgrades, service, and maintenance on their systems. Tecniplast does not sell to third party vendors, nor do they allow third party vendors to add components to their system, nor provide any service or maintenance on their systems. This is done because of the proprietary nature of their coding and programming. Due to the proprietary nature of the system software, no other company possesses the knowledge necessary to maintain and validate the system.
