NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT SOLE SOURCE BRAND-NAME SUPPLIES and SERVICES REQUIREMENT with MAGVENTURE, INC. Response Due Date: September 24, 2025 by 12:00PM.

**Period of Performance:** 9/30/2025 9/28/2025.

**Requirement:** The White River Junction VA Medical Center requires replacement electromagnets for a Magventure-branded transcranial magnetic stimulation therapeutic device, and one year of maintenance services.
