## Description

**AMENDMENT 0002:** This RFQ is amended to post answers to questions submitted by prospective Offerors. The RFQ closing date remains unchanges.Refer to the attached AMENDMENT 0002. AMENDMENT 0001: This RFQ is amended to extend the Closing/Due Date for this RFQ, and to establish a date for when subsequent questions are due.

Refer to the attached AMENDMENT 0001. ORIGINAL RFQ: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center (NCO 01), 421 N Main Street, Leeds, MA 01053, has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for the procurement, delivery, and unpacking of Vaccine Refrigerators. The VA seeks to obtain Eight (8) Vaccine Refrigerators for Medical Room use; and Three (3) Vaccine Refrigerators for Pharmacy use.

No installation required, only delivery and unpackaging of the units at the VAMC Leeds, MA 01053. Vaccine Refrigerators are needed to preserve quality and effectiveness of vaccines and testing samples. Refer to CLINs 0001 and 0002 within the attached RFQ for details.
