## Description

**INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE:** ORTHOSCAN C-ARM SERVICE CONTRACT The Department of Veterans Affairs, VAMC 1 VA Center, Augusta, ME 04330, intends to award one (1) Procurement on a Sole Source basis, to a Small Business Concern, for an ORTHOSCAN C-ARM SERVICE CONTRACT, Base year plus Four Option Years. The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, apparatus, tools, transportation, supervision, and disposal necessary for preventive, emergency service, and corrective maintenance services on the Orthoscan C-ARM TAU 1515. REFER TO ATTACHED SOW.
