## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VISN1) hereby announces its intent to enter into a sole source BPA award with Hologic Sales and Service, LLC. of 250 Campus Drive, Marlborough, MA 01752. Hologic Sales and Service, LLC, is the sole proprietary manufacturer and domestic distributor of the ThinPrep® 2000 Processor; ThinPrep® 5000 Processor; ThinPrep® 5000 Autoloader System; ThinPrep® Genesis Processor; ThinPrep® Imaging System with Dual Review™; the ThinPrep® Pap Test Package; and all of the ThinPrep system disposables. There are no other vendors for the ThinPrep system.
