## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Contracting Office intends to issue a Sole Source award to large business Getinge USA Sales, LLC. This award is for full-service support for the Getinge Cardiohelp heart-lung bypass machine. This award will be a Base plus three years. The intent of this procurement is to award based on Sole Source requirements. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13-501(a).
