This shall include instrumentation as well as all necessary supplies, reagents, collection and testing kits, service, maintenance, and parts needed to produce a patient result. Contractor shall provide the testing reagents and supplies for use on the BD Bactec MGIT 960 Mycobacterial Detections System. Period of Performance: Year 1: 05/17/2025 05/16/2026 Year 2: 05/17/2026 05/16/2027 Year 3: 05/17/2027 05/16/2028 Year 4: 05/17/2028 05/16/2029 Year 5: 05/17/2029 05/16/2030 Responses received will be reviewed; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, Network Contracting Office 1 will proceed with the sole source negotiation with BD Bactec MGIT as noted herein.
