Salient Characteristics VA will need to use an authorized vendor for warranty characteristics to properly maintain critical security systems, installed software, and physical access devices. C-CURE 9000 Software can only be accessed tested and programmed by an authorized dealer. Johnson Controls INC (JCI) is the only authorized nationally recognized vendor/dealer that supports manufacture s software and integration of SOFTWARE HOUSE for C-CURE 9000. It is the only authorized software programing services that is provided by JCI factory certified technicians. This Special Notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than February 21st 2025, Responses should be sent to Nathan.Langone@va.gov. Information received will be for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
