## Description

This Notice of Intent to Sole Source is not a solicitation. The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with: BD BIOSCIENCES 2350 QUME DR SAN JOSE, CA 95131 UEI: MM5ZHL8SRFY5 This is not a request for quotes. The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to procure a preventative maintenance and service agreement for existing laboratory equipment, BD FACSAria Fusion 4 Laser System at VA Boston Healthcare System, West Roxbury Campus.

The contractor will provide the required proprietary parts and labor.
