Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with: BECKMAN COULTER INC 250, South Kraemer Boulevard Brea, California 92821-6232, United States SAM UEI: Z4DRFM3LMJB8 This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate services with OEM, BECKMAN COULTER INC, to deliver 90Ti and SW41 Ultracentrifuge Rotors to the VAMC West Haven, CT Campus.

OEM Beckman Coulter Inc is the Exclusive/Sole source North American distributor for the 90Ti and SW41 Ultracentrifuge Rotors. The contractor will provide the required parts and labor. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS 334516. The size standard is 1,000 employees.
