The ROSA Knee System is proprietary to OEM Zimmer US, Inc. Any interested sources shall provide a Letter of Authorization from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Zimmer US, Inc. Period of Performance: Period of Performance: Base 10/15/2024 03/31/2025 The proposed procurement is for a service which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one brand name under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1).
